I’m assume that the TNT team has more important things to do instead of following any complaint and I’m sure they’ll fix the next version of Zii, but please, unless you’ll write a step-by-step working process, stop telling us that Zii 6.1.1 doesn’t break Photoshop 22. I mean, all of us are facing the same issue with the Zii 6.1.1 and Photoshop 22.4.
Maybe you are writing the true - BTW I apologize for calling you a liar - but the fact is that maybe you are the only one whose Photoshop 22.4 works fine after applying the patch. Now I’m on Photoshop 22.3.1 back again and it works flawlessly. Thank you for helping people to solve their issues.īy the other hand, some people asked you to write down the exact process to follow in order to make Photoshop work, and you didn’t so far.įor me, I have done everything that came into my mind: I’ve installed it over the older one, and uninstalled the older one and deleted the folder before installing the newer one from scratch, and I’ve fixed the hosts file before and after, and I’ve started the trial… and everytime it was the same. I am not having any issues with creative cloud and using Zii to activate. Only way I see at the moment is installing the Adobe product you want via the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I am also having an issue as others installing the Adobe product via a Torrent Download, I get the corrupt message every time even when doing a Terminal install. at least for me… lol hope this helps and works for some other M1 Mac owners. Once installed successfully, go to finder/applications/Photoshop 2021/ right Click on Photoshop app then select “get info”/check the box to open with Rosetta and everything opens and works…. usr/sbin/softwareupdate -install-rosetta

– once the contents folder is placed in the folder you created rename the folder and add “.app” to the end of the folder name this will make it an Adobe Zii 6.1.1 app again run it and if you have any luck like me it will open and patch your apps. Adobe Zii is a small and great utility which helps you forget about all issues with the registration of all Adobe existing products. – now select the contents folder and drag it to the other folder you created on your desktop – Right Click on the Zii app you extracted on the desktop select “show package contents” – Create a new folder call it Adobe Zii 6.1.1

I've never had any problems with Adobe Zii in the past. I've spent hours trying to resolve this, trying to find a solution, but with no luck. I went to Adobe Zii com and tried every workaround they suggested but still cannot get the apps to open. I tried patching Illustrator and Lightroom Classic to see if it was just a problem with Photoshop, but I got the same results. But, when I tried to open Photoshop after patching it, a pop-up window appeared with a message saying Photoshop could not be opened. Then I successfully patched Photoshop with Adobe Zii 6.1.7.
I then denied all internet connections to any existing Adobe domains by using Little Snitch. I downloaded Photoshop 22.5.1 via the Creative Cloud app and used it for a couple of days. Since the newest version of Adobe Zii (7.00) does not yet support Photoshop 23.1 (2022), I decided to install Photoshop 22.5.1 (2021) and use Adobe Zii 6.1.7 to patch it.

I decided to upgrade Photoshop to a newer version to run on my new machine (I've been using Photoshop CC 2018 on my old machine). Adobe Zii 2021 6.1. I recently purchased the new 16" MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip.
